What is Empower Your Wellness?
EYW is a fitness and injury prevention website written by an exercise loving physical therapist and fitness instructor.
My mission is to help you learn more about fitness and injury prevention to avoid just going through the motions and take an active role in your health and fitness.
I do this by bridging my experience in physical therapy and fitness together to give you the best of both worlds.
